Born and raised in Italy, Paolo has been an Executive Chef and Restaurant Owner for over 35 years.  Paolo knows how to prepare some of the best Italian and European dishes you will ever have! Chef Paolo has been serving his guests all over the world from Italy to San Francisco​.

Traditional Hungarian Lángos and an Italian Twist

Our Lángos are a very popular Hungarian street food specialty. The name comes from ‘láng’, the Hungarian word for flame. It’s deep fried flat bread made of dough with flour, yeast, salt and water (a kind of bread dough). It is eaten fresh and warm. The traditional Hungarian Lángos; topped with sour cream and grated cheese, oil garlic, but you can  try with your favorite Italian flavors on the top! Our goal is to bring you the special flavors of Europe!
